What will I get out of the training?

What is the duration of this course?
This is a 10-day course, run over 10 months. When run as an in-house course, the time-frame for completion is flexible.
The course commences at 9:30am and we aim to finish at approximately 4:30pm.
On all our scheduled courses, lunch is included and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
Who is this accredited by?
Our Complete Leadership Programme for Managers is accredited by The Institute of Leadership & Management and aligns to their 'Member' status, which is equivalent to the ILM Level 5 qualification.
On our Scheduled courses you will now be automatically registered to become Members with The Institute for one year, providing access to all their brilliant online resources, and you can also use letters after your name (MInstLM).
Upon successful completion of this programme, you will also receive a formal certificate from The Institute of Leadership and Management.
If the course is undertaken in-house, we offer the option of including membership and accreditation. This option is available for an additional fee of £75.00 per person + VAT.
