Workplace Wellbeing courses

Developing Mental Fitness

This course is for anyone that feels overwhelmed, overworked, stressed and wants to increase their time, energy, impact and happiness in all areas of their life. Learners will gain an awareness of the drivers that lead to stress and anxiety, as well as tools to help manage themselves, reducing stress by breaking unhelpful habits, and creating a mindset that will lead to a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Working long hours used to be a badge of honour and in the world of work it was a sign of being successful. But are we successful if we do not have the time or energy to get the most important stuff done and make the impact we want personally and professionally?

When we try and juggle an overloaded to-do-list with everything else we have going on in our lives, it can become overwhelming.  This leads to exhaustion, anxiety and stress which in turn trigger unhelpful beliefs and habits.

Our course will help you learn about the drivers that trigger our stress including people pleasing and perfectionism, and how we can transform our habits and behaviours to reduce stress and live a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Attendees will leave the course with increased self-awareness of their behaviours and habits and how they can sabotage their productivity, impact, and happiness.  There will also be an action plan and framework to implement habit changes that can transform the way they think and act every day.

Transform Your Habits - Skills to Help Reduce Stress & Be More Productive

This course is for anyone that feels overwhelmed, overworked, stressed and finds it hard to stop. Attendees will gain an awareness of how stress effects their beliefs and behaviours, as well as tools to help manage themselves, reducing stress by breaking unhelpful habits, and creating a mindset that will lead to a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

We all have habits from brushing our teeth in the morning, to spending too much time scrolling on our phones, to the way we eat and even the way we sleep. It is our system, our routine, the way we go about our daily lives.

But when we are stressed, anxious or overwhelmed we can get triggered into unhelpful habits, these are what we believe at the time to be our coping mechanisms for getting through the stress and anxiety. These unhelpful and unhealthy habits are adding to our stress, anxiety and overwhelm and we end up in a vicious circle that we can find it hard to get out of.

The good news is that once we are aware of these patterns and what is really going on behind them, we can change them.

Attendees will leave the course with increased self-awareness of their behaviours and habits and how they can sabotage how they think, feel and act. Using this knowledge they will learn how we can transform our habits and behaviours to reduce stress and live a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Mental Health at Work for Leaders

This course is designed for anyone who has line manager responsibility for others. It discusses sensitive topics, and charges learners with the responsibility to change attitudes as well as policies.

Like many countries, the UK is in the grips of a mental health crisis. Statistics show that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime, while reports suggest that only 1 in 8 people in England and Wales are currently receiving treatment for their conditions - meaning that these mental health problems are inevitably being carried across to the workplace.

By taking our Mental Health at Work for Leaders course, you'll be tackling these issues head on. The course overview will inform you about different mental health conditions and the importance of good mental health in the workplace, but it will also empower you to address these problems. By supporting a more positive culture and attitudes to mental health, you'll not only fulfil your health & safety responsibilities to employees, but also make people happier, more motivated, and more productive.
