What will I get out of the training?
When either coaching or mentoring, there is always the temptation to provide the solutions to the issue being discussed. Through this course, we will help you find ways to help and encourage the person to find the solution themselves, improving your ability to listen and provide effective feedback.
At Kent Trainers, we’re proud to adapt our courses to the needs of businesses across the region. Our Coaching and Mentoring for Managers course uses practical exercises and individual feedback to tailor the course to your needs.
