What is my experience?

I’ve worked extensively across both the Private and Public sectors. My experience has given me valuable insight into different strategic and operational approaches, business models and attitudes to both training and coaching which I have used to be able to adapt to different environments and requirements of organisations. My lifelong interest in developing people, led to a qualification in executive coaching and mentoring and this, coupled with my own ‘hands-on’ experience in the business world has allowed me to work with a whole range of organisations to develop both their individuals, teams and businesses to improve and adapt to change and challenges.

What is my area of expertise?

As a trainer and coach, I work with both individuals and groups of people on areas to develop themselves and their businesses qualitatively.  Process and performance management, managing change and remote leadership are key areas of expertise.  All these are linked by the use of both practical and psychological models, for delegates to take back and use in their workplace to ensure that the investment in training really benefits them and their business going forward.

Why I love inspiring others?

I believe that anyone, with a little support, can be the very best version of themselves that they want to be.  The blend of training and coaching gives me the amazing opportunity to witness people developing and growing into that best version of themselves – and there is no greater ‘buzz’ than that.

What is my experience?

With a background in financial services, operations management and learning & development, I use my knowledge and experience to develop people and processes to drive success in organisations.

Working in corporate and independent financial services, I progressed from financial administration to being a fully qualified financial planner.  During this time I provided professional services to clients while negotiating and securing sales.  I also presented financial-education seminars to prospective clients.

Communication is the key driver to building client relationships that last a lifetime and delivering the highest level of customer service is at the heart of what I do.

I also believe that effective operational processes are essential in delivering first-class customer service. Working for a fast-changing communications firm demonstrated the importance of being super-organised and proactive when it came to operational planning and priorities.

These experiences show what is needed to drive success and have led me to deliver training and coaching programmes to individuals and businesses to help them achieve brilliance in their organisations.

What is my area of expertise?

My focus is on developing a range of personal skills that include giving first-class customer service, effective communication, how to present to an audience as well as how to organise and prioritise.

In the training room I use out-of-the-box thinking to empower and motivate people to be the best they can be and to deliver the highest level of service to their clients. My energy, desire to inspire and story-telling nature makes learning the new kind of fun for people!

Why I love inspiring others?

I can build true rapport and strong relationships with individuals through empathy, listening and story-telling. As a naturally inquisitive person, I enjoy creating a context for individuals that enables them to experience those transforming “light bulb” moments when they realise their true potential. To see these transformations is the biggest inspiration of all.

What is my experience

Throughout my 25-year career in the Travel Industry in buying and HR roles my passion has always been working with people, and not just the part that shows up to work, but the whole person.

In my role as People Director for a medium sized group of travel companies, I regularly developed and delivered training to teams of all sizes whilst overseeing the training plan for the group which included a myriad of internal and external training programmes. I understand the learning and development needs of businesses and individuals when it comes to growing knowledge, skills and mindset.

As a colleague, a manager, and HR Professional I have coached people for many years. The power that coaching brings through listening and reflecting enables people to explore and embrace choices that can transform the way they think and act.

I have an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching in addition to my experience in training, leadership and managing teams. I work with both businesses and individuals to unlock the full purpose and potential within themselves and their teams.

What is my area of expertise?

My passion and expertise lie in behaviour, what drives our thoughts and actions and how with self-awareness we can change these, leading to greater impact, success, and overall wellbeing. My interest in this area led me to become an Addicted Behaviours Coach and through this I work with people on breaking and creating habits that transform their lives.

I love working with people on their personal and professional development and especially anything within leadership and management and mental wellbeing.

Why I love inspiring others

I believe at the heart of any organisation is its people, they are the ones looking after your clients, your teams and ultimately your profits. That is why investing in your people’s development and wellbeing must sit at the heart of your business plan.

I love everything about working with people and empowering them to learn, explore and remove any obstacles that are in their way so that they can be the best that they can be whatever that means to them.
