You will begin by reviewing the broad objectives and content of a business plan, before moving onto an examination of the “cash cycle” as the foundation for preparing budgets and managing results. You will also explore the drivers of cost within a business, and the many approaches to setting prices.

Courses commences at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:30pm. On all our scheduled courses, a hot lunch is included, and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
