  • The various ways to consult to ensure successful management of change.

  • Ideas and tools to help manage change especially resistance to change.

  • Reviewing models to assist change including Kotter's 8 step model. 

  • Recognise resistance and respond to it positively and effectively

  • Develop a systematic approach to planning and preparation of a negotiation

  • Understand how to pitch an opening position

  • How to move through the negotiation process – avoiding blockages

What will I get out of the training?

This one-day course is designed specifically around the challenges and issues facing your organisation. You will learn how to manage change successfully by understanding the key components of change, and how these should be managed and communicated.

Courses commence at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:30pm. A hot and cold buffet lunch is included on all our scheduled courses, and refreshments are provided throughout the day.

Unless specified, courses commence at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:00pm.  The day is broken up into modules, both online and offline to ensure engagement and interaction.  We also ensure that there are plenty of comfort breaks throughout the day.
