The Model of Human Behaviour is key to understanding what drives the way in which we behave and interact with others. It is a widely used psychological model that forms the foundation of our Psychology for Business course, which will give you an opportunity to reflect on your own (and other people’s) ways of thinking and behaving in the workplace.

This one day interactive course will equip you with powerful knowledge about human psychology, and the tools to help you to better understand and communicate with your colleagues and peers.
What content will the course cover?
The Model of Human Behaviour – a psychological model that underpins what drives our behaviour, and how we create reinforcing prophecies around our belief systems.
Communication & influencing styles – understanding of the different styles and approaches we each have can help us to enhance our interactions with each other.
The Pillars of NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a relatively modern branch of psychology that provides us with some tools and techniques for understanding what motivates people and how we think, including our filters and the language we use.
What will I get out of the training?
You will gain a greater understanding of human psychology as it applies to the workplace, including how to enhance your working relationships, and a basic understanding of your own and other people’s behaviour, motivation and communication styles. By the end of the course, you’ll have a set of skills that will enhance your communication and rapport with the people around you.

The timings and format for our courses are as follows:

Unless specified, courses commence at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:00pm. The day is broken up into modules, both online and offline to ensure engagement and interaction. We also ensure that there are plenty of comfort breaks throughout the day.
- Scheduled training courses held at one of our venues
Courses commences at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:30pm. On all our scheduled courses, a hot lunch is included, and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
- In-house & bespoke courses, held virtually or at a venue of your choice
