What is my experience?

I have been involved in IT Training and Development for over 18 years.  I have experience of training staff in both the Private and Public sector.  I train Microsoft and Google Products, carrying out software specific training needs analysis and advising organisations on their future training plans.

What is my area of expertise?

My training expertise focuses on all Microsoft Products, including Project, Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher.  With technology being so versatile and open to all, matter what the location, I can conduct all of my training either face to face or virtually.  As well as working with the more well established software products, I also work with companies that seek to develop and train on their own in-house systems.

Why I love inspiring others?

I love my work and get great satisfaction from unlocking knowledge and helping delegates develop a deeper understanding of what each product can help them with.  It is great to see all course participants gain new skills that will help them in all aspects of their daily life, whether that be time saving, being more productive, developing confidence or making communication much easier.
