Connecting virtually with our friends and colleagues has become more popular and easy to use in recent years. However, the Covid-19 Pandemic has meant that it has now become part of everyday life for many of us.  Our training courses have also evolved so that you can learn virtually, using our online classroom and platform.  With a choice of virtual or blended courses, you can choose the format that works for you and your team.

Virtual training

Whatever platform you’re using, we can deliver virtual training for most of our courses.  For in-house training we offer complete flexibility over when and how you want your course delivered.  As with all of our in-house courses, the format and content is tailor-made and adapted to ensure that it meets your learning objectives and provides the ongoing development to help your business succeed.

When running our virtual courses, we strive to deliver an experience that is engaging and replicates the participative and collaborative feel of an in-person course.  With platforms adding increased functionality, the use of polls, quizzes, breakout rooms and interactive activities, the virtual learning experience for all participants is far from the perception of just watching and listening. Our highly experienced trainers will lead and facilitate the discussions and involve all delegates, ensuring an interactive and thought provoking online experience.

A selection of our scheduled courses are also delivered virtually.  We update our schedule regularly with new courses and also change the courses on offer according to the requests we receive.  Browse our course listings to see what forthcoming courses are available.

Blended learning

We are pleased to be able to offer most of our courses as blended courses, using a combination of in-person and online training

For certain subjects, in-person training works best, and is suited to subjects that require interpersonal skills or physical demonstrations. When in-person (virtually or in a real classroom), trainers will often directly interact and articulate the nuances and subtleties of a subject.  In-person participation and engagement with others is particularly useful when applying learning to real-world situations.

However, with recent improvements in online learning, the combination of both online and in-person training provides the best of both worlds.

We incorporate the best of what we offer from an in-person training environment and combine this with both offline and online supporting materials. This may include further reading, questionnaires, polls and interactive activities, depending on the course subject. This helps to embed the learning and discussions that have taken place.

A selection of our courses, accredited by The Institute of leadership and Management, use this approach to learning. As with all of our in-house training courses, we will work with you to adapt, create and incorporate blended modules into the programme that works for your team.
