We have adapted most of our courses to be delivered virtually. We offer complete flexibility over when and how you want your course delivered and as with all of our in-house courses, the format and content is tailor-made and adapted to ensure that it meets your learning objectives.
Virtual coaching has been particularly beneficial and flexible for those working remotely or from home. All of our coaching can be conducted on any virtual platform, at a time that works for you.
We are also delivering face to face training, using the appropriate PPE and adapting the course delivery as necessary. Prior to any training, we will discuss any safety measures you already have in place as well as assessing the proposed venue for suitability, in line with current government guidelines.
We continue to offer a range of scheduled courses, held at our venues across Kent. New measures have been introduced to help everyone stay safe and enjoy their day. See below for more details.
In collaboration with our hotel and venue partners we’ve introduced new measures to help keep everyone safe, whilst also ensuring that you can enjoy your day and get the most out your training.
We’ll also be taking contact details from all delegates, plus the times they are at the venue. These will need to be kept for 21 days and, if asked, we will provide them to NHS Test and Trace.
Please be reassured that your information will be stored securely, in line with data protection laws, and will not be shared with anyone else. We will also not use your data for anything else like marketing.
We are doing this to help reduce the risk of any local outbreak – by sharing your information NHS Test and Trace can quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and ask them to take the necessary precautions.
