Scheduled training courses
We are pleased to announce that we are now running a number of our popular courses online. Delivered in an engaging and interactive format, we strive to deliver an experience that is participative and thought provoking.
We are also delivering face to face training, using the appropriate PPE and adapting the course delivery as necessary. Prior to any training, we will discuss any safety measures you already have in place as well as assessing the proposed venue for suitability, in line with current government guidelines.
We continue to offer a range of scheduled courses, held at our venues across Kent. New measures have been introduced to help everyone stay safe and enjoy their day. See below for more details.
In collaboration with our hotel and venue partners we’ve introduced new measures to help keep everyone safe, whilst also ensuring that you can enjoy your day and get the most out your training.
All of our scheduled courses can now be booked online or you can call us if you prefer.
To ensure social distancing guidelines can be met, all of our training courses are currently capped to have no more than 6 delegates plus your trainer.
Seating in our meeting rooms will be spaced out to ensure that a minimum of 2 metres is available between attendees.
You will be provided with your own set of course notes and stationery, for the duration of the course and to take away with you afterwards.
Lunch will be served individually, replacing the usual buffet. Refreshments, including drinks, will also be individually served throughout the day.
Hand sanitisers will be positioned throughout the venue for you to use as and when required. There will be increased daily cleaning undertaken throughout the venue, including the training room.
Some of our team and those at the venue will wear face coverings. Please wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.
For the duration of the training course, we ask all attendees to please observe social distancing guidelines. Our team and staff at the venues are all fully aware of the restrictions and guidelines.
We’ll also be taking contact details from all delegates, plus the times they are at the venue. These will need to be kept for 21 days and, if asked, we will provide them to NHS Test and Trace.
Please be reassured that your information will be stored securely, in line with data protection laws, and will not be shared with anyone else. We will also not use your data for anything else like marketing.
We are doing this to help reduce the risk of any local outbreak – by sharing your information NHS Test and Trace can quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and ask them to take the necessary precautions.
