Why book this course?
Our half-day workshops unite frontline staff, managers, and leaders to collaboratively define acceptable and unacceptable workplace behaviours. Participants start the workshop by unpacking core principles of conduct and the purpose of protected characteristics in the workplace. Through facilitated dialogue, small-group exercises, and case-law illustrations, we’ll shed light on how well-meaning banter can slip into bullying and why unintended harm matters. The session culminates in split-team workshops to generate “above & below the line” behaviours, followed by an end-of-workshop summary to consolidate and prepare these for review by the organisational leadership team. A follow-up leadership session ensures feedback from each workshop is captured, actions are agreed upon, and commitment to supporting consistent implementation.
