What is my experience?

I have been fortunate enough to have worked across the globe, with over 20 years in senior management and training roles. Throughout this time, I have gained a wealth of experience working across a diverse range of teams, cultures, and industries.

My roles in learning and development have been across both the private and public sector. These included working as a European Training Manager, based in Italy, as well as Senior Lecturer, delivering customer service training to NVQ's levels 2 & 3. Whilst working as Head of Training at a Kent based consultancy, I also headed up the delivery of ILM programmes and became the Internal Verifier for all courses up to level 7.

In 2006 I launched my own Training and Business Consultancy, allowing me to incorporate my knowledge of Business Management with Training. What is my experience?

I have an extensive background in the travel industry, initially working in numerous overseas locations in an operational capacity through to senior leadership roles and consultant.

What is my area of expertise?

What is my experience?

I also have over 20 years experience of leading operational teams. Management & leadership development is a huge passion of mine and an area of particular expertise. What is my experience?

I love my job and consider myself incredibly lucky to do what I do – work with individuals and organisations to create sustainable performance shift whether that’s a 1-1 coaching opportunity or a 6 month programme delivered across the country. What if I have a disability?

At Kent Trainers we endeavour to cater for any disabled needs. All our training venues are inspected and can cater for disabled access. If you have a specific need (eg extra assistance on the day, large print or braille training notes etc) please have a chat with the Admin team or mention it in your email when booking your course, and we will do our best to make sure everything is ready for you on the day.

How much does it cost?

Our standard in-house course cost is £1,195 + trainer's travel + VAT per day for up to 12 delegates (some courses may have fewer delegates because of special requirements). We will agree any other charges (room hire, trainer's travel time, catering etc) with you before you make your booking.
