He is an outstanding trainer with an in-depth knowledge of training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has the Certificate in the Psychology of Management. Mel is qualified in Project Management, Occupational Testing (ability) and (personality), including emotional intelligence. He has used psychometrics in recruitment, training and executive coaching with managers up to management board & CEO level. He has been recognised by the CIPD on the basis of cutting edge expertise by invitation to their Psychology Faculty.
